“Blue-green spirals of spring from Lake Tai” – from Jiangsu Province. It is made exclusively by hand and in very small quantities in the village of Dong Shan, located on a peninsula surrounded by the mystical Lake Tai. Due to its appearance, rarity and the way of collecting the youngest spring leaves, it is also called “tea persian”.
Tiny leaves of a dark green to silvery color, in the shape of small needles spirally twisted, give off a slightly green infusion with a few pours, the taste is subtly astringent.
